This is an example of a cafeteria audit that I performed multiple times while interning at this location.

Below is a Disaster readiness menu that accounts for the amount of meals in the hospital at any given time, and the Sure-Pak disaster meals that are stored for emergencies. Also in this report are the diet compliance for each of the Sure-Pak meals.
